Meet Sonu and Shelly Mehra, the dynamic duo behind our establishment’s success. Sonu and Shelly are not just business partners; they are life partners too. Chef Sonu pursued a formal education in the culinary arts. He attended the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management. With his culinary genius and innate passion for Indian cuisine, Chef Sonu has carved a prominent niche for himself in the culinary world with over 25 years of experience from India to London to Bermuda and, finally, Fresno, CA.

Meanwhile, Shelly, who studied business management, oversees the restaurant's overall operations. She meticulously handles accounts, the HR department, and all inquiries, ensuring a seamless dining experience for customers.
